Normally, the processing of your order is fully automated. This means that you should receive the download text message within 5 minutes of completing the payment. If you don't download the ringtone, you will also receive an email with the download address within a further 5 minutes

Occasionally due to high demand either at PayPal or on our back office server this may be delayed.

If however something has gone wrong and you have sent us an email with full details of your order, then you will be subject to a variable delay depending upon when you sent us the email. We aim to respond within 24 or exceptionally 48 hours of you sending your eMail during the working week. We do understand how annoying it is when something goes wrong and will endeavour to sort out the problem and get your ringtone to you as soon as we can.
