If the download goes wrong for any reason, try following the link again. So long as our server hasn't monitored a sucessfull download, your ringtone will still be there for you to download. In any case we do not remove your ringtone for several minutes after we have seen it downloaded, so you will have time to try again.

If the ringtone download failed, and the ringtone isn't still there, please email us, giving us full details of your order so we can investigate.
